What to expect

We begin by tailoring the session to your spiritual orientation, all ideologies from higher realm channeling to no known orientation are welcome. It’s important you are in a relaxed state with no distractions for the duration of the session.

As we connect to your inner world, we invite healing energy to run through your body and being. As healing energy has an intelligence beyond our own minds, we get into a receptive state and allow for it to do what is needed for your highest healing. While this is happening, we connect to your souls intelligence and allow the guidance, information and messages to come to you, me or both of us. This can come in the form of packets of information, energy shifts, visuals, memories, words, knowings, or felt sensations. In many sessions I experience your internal world as if it is my own so I can better guide our session and meditations so you can heal and return to a state of optimal knowing and being. Some sessions require mental understanding and clarity, emotional release, past life clearings, ancestral clearings, perspective shifts, inner child healing, integration of fragmented parts, and many other options not listed.

This guidance and healing energy lead to the unwinding of the root cause of the physical or emotional or mental block. It provides a reset for you to move forward from a new fresh set point more aligned with centered truth. Each person is unique in the healing process so some require one session for their ailment to lift, others require many layers of healing to experience a full and complete healing for that particular ailment. The point of the healing sessions are to be fully unconditionally present to your being restoring your connection to truth and witnessing your soul unfolding without agenda.

Each experience is completely different, tailored and customized by your own guidance system and innate wisdom so you close the session with exactly what you were needing at the pace and depth that was right for you. Make sure to give yourself some time afterwards to integrate the healing.
